Office Hours & Appointments
Office hours are from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. on Friday. We are closed for lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm.

So we can allow adequate time for each patient to receive the individual attention they require, office visits are by appointment only. We recognize the value of your time and will make every effort to stay on schedule; however, as unexpected delays may arise, our staff will attempt to notify you in advance and give you the option of keeping or rescheduling your appointment. If we are unable to contact you in advance, the receptionist will inform you when you arrive and will reschedule your appointment or try to accommodate your visit with another doctor if this is acceptable.

If you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate a 24-hour advance notice so we can give this time slot to another patient. Please be on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late, please let us know as you may need to reschedule.

Medical Records
All of your medical records are confidential, and we will not release your medical information to anyone without your written authorization.

Telephone Calls
If you experience any medical problems relating to your gynecologic and/or obstetric care, please call our office and briefly describe your situation to a nurse. Someone will return your call as soon as possible or an appointment will be scheduled to evaluate the problem.

Obviously, if you have an extreme emergency, you should proceed to the nearest hospital emergency room, where we can be notified regarding your situation.
